Make sure that the raw materials in use are in compliance with laws and regulations.

Control the stability of formulas.

Control the anti-corrosion function of formulas.

Identify allergens in formulas.

Test the compatibility between products and packaging.

Test the products and make sure finished products comply with laws and regulations as well as clients' requirements.
Environment Control

Clean and sterilize floors, walls and ceilings on a regular basis

Clean air supply/ air conditioner system on a regular basis ；

Monitor the temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure daily；

Inspect and test the environment, personnel and equipment in the sanitary aspect on a regular basis.；

QC checks and makes sure personnel's dressing meet the sanitary standards.
